For the Property Sellers

All property owners or legal representatives must authorize Bienes Raíces Chiripó to advertise and promote the sale of the property and earn a commission for doing so.

The minimum commission earn will be equivalent to the five percent out of the sale price of a property. In case the sale was promoted by the client, with none participation of Bienes Raíces Chirripó, the fee will never exceed one percent of the sale price otherwise agreed.

The visit to the property will be done according to the schedule of Bienes Raíces Chirripó and the listing contract acquired by the selling part.

Bienes Raíces Chirripó S.A. reserves the right to accept properties only in áreas where we are sure we will comply with our customer service quality standards.

For other Real Estate Agents

Bienes Raíces Chirripó S.A. will be more than happy to cooperate in the sale of any property, ours or yours. In our case, we will be granting a 10% of the gross comission if you refer a customer name and contact information; a twenty five percet of the commission will be earn by the agent who refers a qualified potential buyer to our office upon a purchase. If you come to our office with the client and you are also present during the sale and closing process you will earn a fifty percent of the commision made by the sale to your client.

The commission will be paid accordingly to the schema above and base on the partial payments Bienes Raíces Chirrpó might receive from the seller.
